As a result of patient feedback, from 01 November 2019 we will be reducing the number of patients held in our call queue from 50 to 30.  Thank you for your understanding.

On 31 October 2019 we received a call from a patient who was concerned that a company called Energy Direct had rung her claiming they were working with the NHS in order to save patients money on their fuel bills.  We can confirm that there is no record of any such arrangement between Energy Direct and the NHS, and that the practice do not share any patient contact details with any such companies.
